Content Strategist
About the Role
As a Content Strategist at Navaan, you'll shape and execute content strategy for founder-led and startup brands across social platforms. This isn't a strategy-only seat — you'll be involved in both planning the content direction and helping bring it to life, working closely with founders to translate their voice and vision into content that builds an audience and drives growth.
You'll work remotely as part of a distributed team, coordinating with founders and internal teams to keep content calendars, formats, and messaging aligned to each brand's growth goals.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has strategized content for founder-led brands or startups before, with international clients as the norm rather than the exception. You should be comfortable owning both strategy and execution, and be able to show a portfolio of the work you've done.
Skill Set Required
• Experience building content strategy and calendars for founder-led brands or startups
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content — LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.
• Ability to translate a founder's voice and positioning into a consistent content narrative
• Comfortable owning both strategy (planning, calendars, positioning) and execution (writing, scripting,
coordinating production)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for what performs on each platform
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team setup
• A portfolio demonstrating past strategy and content work
