Having said that, this Refund Policy is a legally binding document that establishes the relationship between you, as a customer, and Navaan.co, as the service provider. It outlines how and under what conditions we will provide refunds for services purchased.

As Navaan.co primarily offers digital and strategic services, we do not offer refunds once a project has been initiated or services have been rendered.

This policy helps clarify expectations and limits liability in situations where clients may request a refund for delivered or in-progress services. While we are committed to client satisfaction, refunds are not issued except in specific, pre-agreed circumstances.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally, our Refund Policy addresses the following:

  • No Refunds on Digital Services: Once work has started or digital deliverables have been shared, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only in cases where:

    • The service was never initiated and a written cancellation request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

    • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made.

  • Subscriptions (if any): For recurring services, cancellation must occur at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

  • Process: Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@navaan.co with relevant documentation.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
