How soon can an engagement begin after signing?

Kickoff typically occurs within one week. For outbound programs, infrastructure provisioning begins immediately, as domain warmup runs in parallel with onboarding.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. The majority of our clients are in the US and international markets. US clients contract with Navaan’s US entity, with invoicing available in USD.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, prior to any exchange of confidential material. We also disclose any potential conflict before accepting engagements in a client's direct competitive niche.

What if Navaan is not the right fit for our requirements?

We will state that on the call and, where possible, refer you to a better-suited provider. Misaligned engagements are costlier for both parties than a referral.
