PPC Ad Specialist

About the Role

As a PPC Ad Specialist at Navaan, you'll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads for our client portfolio. You'll own budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting — turning ad spend into measurable, efficient results.
This is a client-facing role. You'll be expected to join client calls, walk through performance reports, and confidently explain strategy, results, and next steps directly to founders and marketing leads.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has managed real ad budgets for international clients and can show a track record of performance — not just campaign setup, but optimization that moved the needle on cost-per-lead, ROAS, or CAC. Comfort speaking directly with clients is essential for this role.

Skill Set Required

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and/or Meta Ads
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is a plus, especially for B2B campaigns
• Strong grasp of campaign structuring, audience targeting, and bid strategies
• Ability to read and act on performance data — CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC
• Experience with pixel/conversion tracking, UTM hygiene, and basic analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager)
• Comfortable building and presenting client-facing performance reports and dashboards
• Strong communication skills to manage client conversations, expectations, and strategy discussions
