About the Role
As a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist at Navaan, you'll drive lead generation for clients through targeted connection requests, DM sequences, and social selling on LinkedIn. You'll build ideal-customer profile lists, craft messaging that starts genuine conversations, and turn LinkedIn activity into booked calls and pipeline.
This role is metrics-first: you'll be tracking connection acceptance rates, reply rates, and meetings booked, and reporting these numbers regularly to the internal team and clients.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has already run LinkedIn outreach campaigns that generated real leads, with a clear track record of numbers to back it up. Since we work exclusively with international clients, prior experience on international accounts is essential.
Skill Set Required
Proven experience running LinkedIn outreach/lead-gen campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of ICP building, Sales Navigator, and list segmentation
• Familiarity with tools such as Expandi, Dux-Soup, Waalaxy, Phantombuster, or similar
• Sharp copywriting skills for connection notes and DM sequences that get replies
• Comfort working with metrics: connection acceptance rate, reply rate, meetings booked
• Ability to build and maintain a reporting dashboard to track and present campaign numbers
• Understanding of LinkedIn account safety limits and how to scale outreach without getting flagged
