Sales Closer

About the Role

As a Sales Closer at Navaan, you'll take warm, qualified leads through final conversations and close them into paying clients. You'll run discovery and pitch calls, handle objections, negotiate terms, and own the final stage of the sales pipeline for Navaan's own client acquisition and/or on behalf of client engagements.
This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where your numbers — close rate, deal size, and revenue closed — speak directly to your impact.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of closing deals with international clients, ideally in a founder-led, startup, or agency environment. You should be comfortable owning a pipeline end-to-end and working in a contract/commission-friendly structure.

Skill Set Required

Proven experience closing sales, ideally in a B2B, agency, or founder-led business context
• Strong discovery and objection-handling skills on live sales calls
• Comfort working with a CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) to manage pipeline and follow-ups
• Ability to read prospect intent and tailor pitch and pricing conversations accordingly
• Track record you can quantify: close rate, average deal size, or revenue closed
• Confident, consultative communication style suited to founder and decision-maker conversations
