Email Outreach Specialist
About the Role
As an Email Outreach Specialist at Navaan, you'll own cold and warm email outreach for our clients — building lead lists, writing sequences that get replies, and managing deliverability so campaigns actually land in inboxes and convert into qualified conversations.
This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role. You'll be expected to run multiple campaigns at once, iterate on messaging based on open/reply rates, and report performance clearly to both the internal team and, in some cases, directly to clients.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has already run email outreach campaigns that generated real leads — not just
sent emails, but built pipelines that turned into conversations and revenue. Since we work exclusively with
international clients, prior experience on international accounts is essential.
Skill Set Required
• Proven experience running cold/warm email outreach campaigns end-to-end
• Strong command of list building, lead qualification, and data enrichment tools
• Familiarity with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, or similar
• Understanding of deliverability fundamentals — domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, inbox rotation
• Sharp copywriting skills — able to write subject lines and sequences that get replies
• Comfort working with metrics: open rate, reply rate, positive-reply rate, meetings booked
• Ability to build and maintain a reporting dashboard to track and present campaign numbers
